6. Maui Ocean Vodka Tour

7. Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm
Created by Agricultural Artist and Horticultural Master, Ali’i Chang, AKL’s 13.5-acre farm resides at an elevation of roughly 4000 ft. and is home to approximately 55,000 lavender plants and 45 different varieties of lavender. Olive trees, hydrangea, Protea, succulents and an exceptional variety of other plants can be found on the farm, which offers the first and only Lavender Lifestyle experience on Maui.

9. Bailey House & Museum
The Bailey House is a museum of Hawaiian history and art located in Wailuku. It is owned and operated by the Maui Historical Society. The museum’s collection of pre-contact artifacts is one of the largest public collections on Maui and shows the ingenuity of the Hawaiians in their use of the indigenous materials used in their daily lives. Upstairs, in what was once the family’s private quarters, are displays of everyday items, typical of things the Baileys may have used.

10. Kula Botanical Gardens
Kula Botanical Garden is located on the slopes of Haleakala and encompasses 8 acres of colorful and unique plants, amazing rock formations, a covered bridge, waterfalls, koi pond, aviary and new attractions including the carved tiki exhibit.

11. Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum
The Sugar Museum is an historical and cultural repository for the artifacts, photos, and documents that depict the history of sugar on Maui. The Sugar Museum tells the story of the sugar industry, plantation life, and the immigrants who came to Hawaii from around the world in response to the industry’s labor needs.

12. Maui Pineapple Tours
Experience a Maui Pineapple like no other. This tour allows you to visit the harvesting pineapple fields, taste various stages of the pineapple and tour the packing facility. The 1.5 hour tour is great for trying something new and having fun while exploring Maui!

13. Maui Chocolate Tour
Learn how the cacao grows, and the post harvest practices to develop chocolate flavor and transform the seeds into chocolate. Join in the “hands on” process of cracking, winnowing and grinding roasted cacao beans into a delicious Mayan style chocolate drink. We also do a guided tasting, much like a wine tasting of 7 unique dark craft chocolates including Hawaiian grown chocolate and fine chocolates from other world origins, so you can explore the world of flavor and diversity in chocolate. The tour is fun and educational and suitable for ages seven and up.

14. Ono Organic Farms
ONO Organic Farms of Maui is a family-owned and operated, certified organic, hand-picked, tropical fruit, coffee and cacao farm located along the world-famous “Road to Hana”, on the southeastern slopes of Haleakala volcano. Enjoy an exotic tropical fruit, chocolate and coffee tasting adventure that includes at least 12 varieties of tropical fruits, their delicious home-grown coffee and chocolate, plus a guided tour of our pure organic paradise.

15. Maui Dragon Fruit Farm
Maui Dragon Fruit Farm is a 20 acre USDA certified organic farm. It is located in West Maui about a five-minute drive from Lahaina. The family-friendly guided walking farm tour takes about one hour. You begin with a fruit tasting in the bamboo gazebo where you will taste exotic fresh picked fruit as seasonally available. The main dragon fruit season is July to November. The main pineapple season is June to July. Dragon fruit, pineapple, banana, papaya, sugar cane, passion fruit and more all grow at the Maui Dragon Fruit Farm. Although the fruit tasted may vary throughout the year, farm tours are still conducted daily, year round.
